Information we collect

You may read devotionals and explore public ministry resources without creating an account. If you submit a prayer request, the app collects the request and may collect the name and email address you choose to provide. It also records your confidentiality selection, consent, and submission date.

If you join the Daily Love Nuggets email list, the app collects your email address, consent date, and whether you joined through the app or ministry website.

The app also records privacy-conscious usage information, including page visits, general device type, referral source, and selected buttons. It does not place prayer-request text or email addresses in analytics records.

How information is used

Prayer-request information is used only to provide prayer care, document ministry follow-up, and respond when you ask to be contacted. We do not sell personal information or use prayer requests for advertising.

Devotional-list information is used to prepare and deliver ministry encouragement through the ministry's email sending service. You may unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time.

Who may access prayer requests

Prayer requests are stored in the app's protected ministry records. Access is limited to the owner and specifically approved Love Nuggets Ministries care-team members using individual verified accounts. A request marked confidential is treated as care-team only.

Retention and deletion

Prayer-request and devotional-list information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for ministry care, requested communication, continuity, or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent or request deletion of the information you submitted at any time. We will verify and process reasonable requests as promptly as practical.

Security

The app uses encrypted web connections and restricted administration access. No online system can be guaranteed entirely risk-free, so please share only information you are comfortable entrusting to the ministry care team.

Children's privacy

The app is intended for a general ministry audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian should submit a request on a child's behalf.
